To offer a safe, supportive, housing option for youth. To facilitate opportunities for residents to enhance their skills, develop self sufficiency, and contribute to the wellness of thier community.
Summary of Goals :
Develop an efficient, sustainable housing model with the intent of expanding it provincially and nationally.
- Increase housing spaces for youth on Vancouver Island.
- Enrich the program delivered to all residents.
- Improve working conditions for employees.
- Develop community partnerships & expand our membership.
- Increase volunteer participation in maintaining the program.
- Develop and implement a communications plan.
- Develop sustainable funding for the current program and for program expansion.
