SOME OF THE RESULTS may be viewed at MY REDBUBBLE ADDRESS, where prints and cards may be obtained at prices that are not too high. The choice of sizes and matting etc. is not large, but it is all very reasonable. I have also designed calendars that are obtainable at this address.

IN MY IMAGEKIND GALLERIES you will find a larger choice of images on a much larger choice of substrates. This is the place for archival printing. You may buy prints ready matted and framed; my only caveat is that outside the USA you may run into trouble with shipping costs, duty and brokerage. Preferable may be to order prints unframed and have them sent by USPS rolled in a cylinder. Ask for this at checkout. Cards normally come by USPS anyhow.

The substrate does matter, and so does the backing and glazing. I recommend Epson UltraSmooth Fine Art paper for all prints up to 24x36 in. or so, after which canvas with museum-wrap does well. Your treatment of your print is another significant factor in its longevity. Whoever does your matting and framing, the materials including the backing should be at least of conservation grade, preferably of 100% rag i.e. cotton. Hang your print well away from moisture, fumes, heat-sources and UV-rich light, e.g. the sun, strong spotlights and fluorescents. The glazing should be anti-UV, to maximize the life of the print. Acrylic plexiglass as offered on Imagekind which is not explicitly anti-UV screens out 80%. This is more UV protection than plain glass affords. Anti-UV plexi screens out 99%. You should be aware that non-glare glass or plexi increase visibility but reduce contrast.
